Exchange and Returns

 

The below are our terms and conditions in relation to exchanges, returns and refunds. These T&C's apply for all in-store and online sales.

Exchanges
- You must present proof of purchase (a receipt or transaction screenshot is sufficient)
- If no proof of purchase is provided your exchange request will be declined.
- Our exchange window is 30 days, any request outside of this timeline will be declined.
- Personalised products cannot be exchanged.
- Returned products need to be in brand new condition with tags/packing in tact.
- If goods show signs of being worn, washed or damaged the request will be declined.

Returns & Refunds
- Your itemised receipt MUST be provided when a refund is requested. 
- If you cannot provided a receipt there is nothing we can do for you.
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Orders paid for using "Buy Now Pay Later" services are non-refundable. Store credit only.
- Returned online orders incur a $10 restocking fee or 10% whichever is greater.
- Personalised clothing is non-refundable.
- Returned goods must be in brand new condition with tags/packaging intact.
- If goods show signs of being worn, washed or damaged the request will be declined.

Shipping Insurance $2.95
This optional insurance covers your order for damage during transit and loss of order by the courier. If any of these events occur we will re-ship the affected items free of charge.

Layby Terms & Conditions (local customers only)
- 8 week layby term - Goods must be paid and collected within this period.
- 25% or $25 deposit required to open a layby - whichever fee is greater.
- Only 1 active layby allowed to be open under your name at any one time.
- No items may be removed early from layby. The whole order must be paid off.
- You may request to cancel a layby within 30 days at no cost to you, laybys paid using a buy now lay later service are non-refundable and can only be converted to store credit. A layby cancelled after 30 days is non-refundable and offered store credit only.
