Exchange and Returns
Exchanges (Local + Online Customers)
We accept all exchanges requested within 30 days of purchase where a receipt has been provided. Returned goods need to be in brand new condition with tags attached and retail packaging still in tact. If the goods appear to have been worn, washed or show signs of wear and tear or damage we reserve the right to politely decline your request.
Returns & Refunds (Local Customers)
We accept all return/refund requests within 7 days of purchase where a receipt has been provided. Refunds requested after 7 days will be offered in-store credit only. Returned goods need to be in brand new condition with tags attached and retail packaging still in tact. If the goods appear to have been worn, washed or show signs of wear and tear or damage we reserve the right to politely decline your request. Products that are not usually stocked and ordered in specially for you are non-refundable. Please note any purchases paid for with a "Buy Now Pay Later Service" are non refundable, we offer exchanges/store credit only.
Returns & Refunds (Online Customers)
We accept all return/refund requests made within 30 days of purchase. Please note we charge a 10% or $15 restocking fee whichever is greater to cover the non-refundable costs we have incurred from this transaction and all return postal costs are payable by the customer (Original Postage and Shipping insurance costs are non-refundable). Returned goods need to be in brand new condition with tags & packaging still in tact. If the goods appear to have been worn, washed or show signs of wear and tear or damage we have the right to politely decline your request.
Shipping Insurance $2.95
If you select and pay for shipping insurance at checkout your order is covered if it becomes damaged in transit or lost by the courier. To clarify any item or items that are affected we will send you a brand new replacement at no cost to you. Should any of these events occur you can rest easy knowing you are fully covered. Please note if you do not select insurance we do not take any responsibility for the above mentioned issues and no replacement items will be sent.
Layby Terms & Conditions
Our layby term is 8 weeks, after this period expires we will contact our customer to discuss the balance and collection of their layby. We will make several attempts to contact our customer over a 2 week period, if we cannot make contact we will cancel the layby where all deposits will be forfeited and the merchandise be placed back on the sales room floor. If you have multiple items on layby you may request to pay off and remove individual items from the layby however the full retail price of that item must be paid irrespective of previous deposits paid. You may only have one layby at a time, the previous layby needs to be paid off before you begin a new layby under your name. You can cancel your layby at anytime, please note any deposits made using afterpay/zip pay are non refundable and will only be returned to you in the form of a store credit.
