Exchange and Returns
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- The receipt must be provided when an exchange is requested.
- Returned goods must be in brand new condition with tags/packaging intact.
- If goods show signs of being worn, washed or damaged the request will be declined.
Returns & Refunds
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- The receipt must be provided when a refund is requested.
- Online orders incur a $10 restocking fee or 10% whichever is greater for change of mind purchases. This includes clothing which does not fit.
- Goods paid for using a "buy now pay later" service are non-refundable and customers will be offered the option of store credit or exchange.
- Personalised clothing is non-refundable.

Shipping Insurance $2.95
This optional insurance covers your order for damage during transit and loss of order by the courier. If any of these events occur we will re-ship the affected items free of charge.
Layby Terms & Conditions (local customers only)
- 8 week layby term - Goods must be paid and collected within this period.
- 25% or $25 deposit required to open a layby - whichever fee is greater.
- Only 1 active layby allowed to be open under your name at any one time.
- No items may be removed early from layby. The whole order must be paid off.
- You may request to cancel a layby within 30 days at no cost to you, laybys paid using a buy now lay later service are non-refundable and can only be converted to store credit. A layby cancelled after 30 days is non-refundable and offered store credit only.
