Online Order Handling Time
Please note we ship every day except Sunday, all orders have a 2 business day handling time to allow our team to pick, pack and ship your order. Express post customers are prioritised and their orders shipped first. If you have requested your order be customised the handling time is 3 business days. Please note handling time is not delivery time.
Order Cancellation Before Order Despatch (online order)
If you have made an online purchase and request to cancel the order before the goods have been despatched our team will do our best to assist with this request, please note depending on the timing of your request it may or may not be possible. Please note orders paid for using a buy now pay later service are non-refundable and you will be given the option to proceed with the order or to convert your order into store credit. We class Afterpay, Zip Pay & Paypal as buy now pay later services. If you have paid by any other method please note there will be a cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable merchant fees we have incurred by your purchase. This fee is 5% of your order total.
Order Cancellation After Goods Received (online order)
If you wish to return your order for a refund we accept all requests made within 30 days of purchase. (Personalised orders cannot be returned). We charge a 10% restocking fee or $15 whichever is higher to cover the non refundable merchant fees we have incurred from your purchase & all return postage costs are payable by the customer. Returned goods need to be in brand new condition with tags attached and retail packaging still in tact. If the goods appear to have been worn, washed or show signs of wear and tear or damage we will politely decline your request.
Shipping Insurance $2.95
If you select and pay for shipping insurance at checkout your order is covered if it becomes damaged in transit or lost by the courier. To clarify any item or items that are affected we will send you a brand new replacement at no cost to you. Should any of these events occur you can rest easy knowing you are fully covered. Please note if you do not select insurance we do not take any responsibility for the above mentioned issues and no replacement items will be sent.
Layby Terms & Conditions - (Applies Only To Bundaberg Customers)
Our layby term is 8 weeks, after this period expires we will contact the customer to discuss the balance and collection of the layby. We will make several attempts to contact the customer over a 2 week period, if we still cannot make contact or hear back from the customer we will cancel the layby where all deposits become void and non-refundable and the merchandise be placed back on the sales room floor. You can cancel a layby at anytime during the 8 week period. however if the cancellation is made after 30 days all deposits are non-refundable and will be converted into store credit. Please note any payments made using a buy now pay later service are non-refundable and will be converted to store credit in the event of a cancellation.
